Service Description

This class is aimed at anyone who loves to move but cannot access a full class, whether you have a medical diagnosis such as dementia or Parkinson’s, or have a learning or physical disability that restricts how comfortable you feel joining in with exercise, this class could be a great place to start. Drop Claire an email if you want to check suitability before booking. Carers are welcome to join for free.
